Our most frequent questions and answers

How much time does it take from beginning to end?

Orders may require up to 6-8 working days after receiving the customer’s final approval before delivery. This covers assembly, printing, and proofreading.

Can you hurry up with my order?

Customers can get in touch with us at any time, and we will provide you with the best delivery dates based on the workload at the time.

How do I place an order?

Customers can visit our store at Chawri Bazar, Delhi, or get in touch with us by phone or online.

Do you require a minimum order quantity?

At Times Cards minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. If the minimum order quantity is fewer than 100 pcs, there will be an extra setup fee.

Will I receive an invitation design proof before printing?

Yes, digital proofs are included with every order. In fact, we start the printing process only after receiving the customer’s approval.

What if I (the client) approve a proof that contains a mistake?

On every printed order, we collaborate closely with the customer, but finally, the customer takes responsibility for identifying errors during proofs. There won’t be an additional fee to remedy any errors made by Times Cards.

Can I get my invitation printed in a language other than Hindi or English?

We do really print in various languages. We occasionally do ask clients to provide printable artwork.

Do you ship orders out of India?

Customers from any deliverable region of the world are welcome to contact us. Yes, we send orders globally.

How was my order delivered?

We use whichever courier service is the quickest and most affordable when we mail packages.

Can I purchase blank cards?

Yes, you can order unprinted cards too.

How many languages are supported for printing?

We print in English, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, and Tamil, among practically all other languages.

In some cases, we do require printable artwork from customers.

Is Cash on delivery available?

We are not providing COD on orders.

How can I coordinate print material? How can I proofread the document before it is printed?

Customers can communicate their print content on info@timescards.co or by using WhatsApp after placing a print order. We create the card design and send you a soft copy to review. We only start the final printing process after receiving your confirmation and approval.

Can you make customized cards that are unique to me?

We accept requests for card personalization for orders containing more than 1000 cards.

Are there any further discounts offered for large orders?

Yes, there is a discount for purchasing in bulk. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions.

Will the card quality match what is described on the website?

Every wedding card is made by hand. Due to the manufacturing process, each card might not exactly be like other cards.

Is the quantity ordered sufficient or is there any waste?

There may be a maximum 5% Variance in Quantity for printing orders owing to printing waste, and a maximum 1% Variance in Quantity for blank cards due to a manual counting error.
